Highly Recommend Arturo Torres at Aero Services – SAF Stopped in Santa Fe (SAF) on a Sunday for a three-night layover and ran into a nose gear extension issue on my Piper Lance. With help from the tower, we did a low pass to check if the gear was down—just as we passed by, the gear light came on and I heard it lock in. Big relief. Signature pointed me to Aero Services, and I called Arturo Torres that afternoon. He picked up right away (on a Sunday!) and said he'd check it out before our planned departure on Wednesday. Arturo followed through—he called me Tuesday morning, said he added just a half pint of hydraulic fluid, and confirmed the gear swing was working normally. He even texted videos from multiple angles to show everything looked good. We left Wednesday as scheduled, with peace of mind that the issue was resolved. Arturo was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Great A&P support—would absolutely call him again if I'm ever back at SAF.

I had an emergency at 39, 000 ft yesterday and diverted to KSAF. Jet Center FBO and Art at Aero Services Center were incredible. I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience from everyone. Art was swamped with his current load of aircraft in house but they carved out a few hours to help resolve our issue so that we could continue on safely. The facilities are very clean and the people are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Safety first! Thank you!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Art from Aero Services and I can't say enough great things about his service. Art is a fantastic communicator who kept me informed every step of the way. What truly impressed me was his dedication—he came in on his day off for after-hours on-call. Despite having another plane ahead of me, Art prioritized my situation in between and quickly diagnosed the problem. He removed the panel, identified the connector and pin issue, and resolved it by simply restarting the connection. Thankfully, it was a minor fix, but his expertise and efficiency made the whole process seamless. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Art and Aerospace Maintenance for anyone in need of reliable, professional aircraft service!

During a flight to KSAF, my Cirrus SR22 (IO-550-N) began running rough, and cylinder 4 overheated. After landing, the plane failed a ground run-up due to a significant RPM drop with the left mag. I contacted Aero Services, and Jennifer connected me with Gerardo, who met me on the ramp within minutes. He stopped his other work and confirmed the issue after his run-up and moved the plane to the hangar. I authorized repairs, and he guided me through the diagnostics, identifying a mag failure. Gerardo arranged an overnight replacement. He also fixed a door handle pin and a burned-out light just for good measure. Exceptional service and support throughout. Gerardo and Jennifer were fantastic.

SFA has worked on my aircraft (based at KAEG Albuquerque). It's always an inconvenience to travel to Santa Fe for service but I can say that SFA is worth the effort. They have been efficient and professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. It has been worth the short trip up to SF for this excellent service. The contrast between SFA and other providers in the area is clear. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding FBO. Great team! Just read the other reviews about the level of service the employees provide. In my case, I wanted to store the plane in a hangar for 10 days since cold, wind & snow was forecasted. Then, on the day of departure (21 degrees F) I asked for the plane to be fueled early and placed back in the hangar so I could load and preflight in relative comfort. All this happened without constant follow up. By the way, the hangar is heated so the preflight and loading was a pleasure. Hangar prices are also reasonable. When you think of Santa Fe, most people think of great restaurants and beautiful scenery. I think of a great FBO and a terrific support team. Knowing that your airplane is in safe hands lets you enjoy what Santa Fe has to offer.

Can't say enough good things about Santa Fe Aero Services. After I dropped in on the Friday after Fourth of July in the late afternoon with both an MFD and a prop governor issue, Art immediately got to diagnosing the problem and sent the prop governor away for inspection first thing Monday morning and reinstalled it as soon as he got it back. Brandon and Amanda got to work with Avidyne to get me an exchange MFD as fast as possible and they had me back on my way a few days later. Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind and got me back flying as fast as they could. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.

I cannot say enough positive for the support I received from Aero Services Santa Fe (KSAF). Thank you all, Gerard, Arturo, Amanda and Carlos, for all your effort and unstinting support to get us, N9558T, airborne and headed back East! Fantastic "beyond the call of duty" effort by Gerard after hours tracking down a new battery, meeting us on the KSAF ramp at night, installing the new battery, and trouble shooting a failed starter received BAD out of the box! Amanda made it all possible by dedicated parts availability research and getting them AOG to Santa Fe. Wonderful job Arturo picking up the starter from the airlines late at night, getting the second starter installed and verifying it worked - with three starts! Thank you Carlos for meeting us at 0330 and helping us get in the air by 0400! Thank you all so very much... Your Aero Services Santa Fe support has been the BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED in over 50 years of flying!

Highly recommend Santa Fe Aero Services. I had a problem with the Garmin G1000 avionics suite that involved a considerable amount of troubleshooting. Brandon Maestas was dogged in his pursuit of a solution and was creative in thinking outside the box when Garmin technical support was stumped (as well as many others I discussed the issue with). Happily the source of the problem was located due to technical skill and his refusal to give up. I now have a solid and dependable G100 avionics suite once again. Amanda was also understanding and pleasant to visit with while waiting, she's a great CSR even though that is probably not in her job description. If these two are representative of the next generation, we are in good hands! Thanks guys.

Art and the team at Santa Fe Aero were awesome. We were new to flying in the region, and when the mag check on our Cirrus looked weak, we came in to Art to discuss it. A short discussion with Art on the fuel flow at altitude, and a recheck of the mags with more restricted fuel flow solved the problem. Great help and service, peace if mind, and no charge. I will see them when I come back to Santa Fe!

I purchased a 1961 Centurion over the summer and experienced my first annual inspection in November/December 2018. The thoroughness, professionalism and communication with Art and his team at Aero Services were exceptional. Several "deferred" maintenance issues were identified and corrected. Having completed the Post Maintenance Flight Check over this last weekend, I'm completely satisfied with the work of Aero Services.

Art, Carlos and Amanda are the best. A month ago I arrived Santa Fe with what appeared to be a partially clogged injector and they cleaned it and the plugs and it worked flawless ever since. I was so happy with their service that I scheduled them to work on an oil leak on my next trip to Santa Fe. Art knew what I was describing and Carlos replaced a crush washer under the copper washer that several A&Ps I talked to did not even know existed. Flew home for three hours and the oil leak is fixed. Great service, good prices and Amanda keeps you posted on progress of work while you drink margaritas in Santa Fe :-)

As the comments below attest, the folks at Santa Fe Aero are TOP NOTCH! I took my Trig Transponder in for a software upgrade and it was PROFESSIONALLY handled by Brandon Maestes. Even though the manufacturer had a flaw on their end, Brandon made the whole process painless!! I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to those that either need repair work or are considering getting their 2020 compliant ADSB done, Santa Fe Aero can do it all. From Amanda welcoming you in to their office space to all the other small customer service gestures, this is a place you can really feel comfortable with.

Santa Fe Aero performed a complete upgrade of the original King avionics in my Piper Archer II to the latest and greatest digital technology, including GPS, ADS-B and glass AI/HSI. Thanks to the fine work of Brandon, Art and Carlos in the shop and Amanda in the front office, the new systems work perfectly, both individually and collectively, as well as interfacing with the airplane's analog autopilot. The completed panel work is functional and visually appealing. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

Recently had my Cessna Citation 501SP into Santa Fe Aero Services for some scheduled maintenance and squawk troubleshooting. Art and Brandon did an excellent job with the aircraft. Inspections were complied and issues were addressed and resolved. All was handled very professionally and the work was billed almost exactly as estimated. My wife and I certainly appreciate the hospitality and professionalism exhibited by the entire team, Art, Brandon, Troy and Ron. We are enjoying building a strong, long term working relationship with these folks and plan on taking our bird back to them in the future for service. The shop being located in Santa Fe is another bonus. Easy to get in and out of, multiple runways and approaches. We like to park at Jet Center Santa Fe and take advantage of their services and very competitive fuel prices. As a bonus, Santa Fe is a great place to spend a few days on vacation while the aircraft is being looked after. Highly recommended!

On a 5-hour flight in our Bonanza from the Bay area to Santa Fe, our autopilot failed, and we finished the trip on the V bars and flight director in heavy turbulence and jogging around thunderstorms. In Santa Fe, we were directed to Aero Services and Brandon Maestas who quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. The a/p has worked perfectly since. We really appreciate Brandon's rapid response, analysis, and proper repair...It made the balance of our trip east much more pleasurable.
